Further they are
informed that, a
Voluntary Organisation ie.,
ADEPT, Chennai made a representation to
Govt, duly stating
that they developed
training content on soft
skills is one of their
major expertises. A core
team of 6 members
who are experts
from communication child psychology will
supervise the training
programmes. There are
25 trainers shortlisted
for the training programmes
to the newly recruited
teachers across the state and requested to
provide an opportunity to
work with the
DEOs and Resource Persons. The said organisation has willing
to take responsibility of the
Training Programme of newly
recruiting teachers in 6 districts ie., Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari
and Guntur Districts
Therefore all
the District Educational
Officers are hereby
requested to conduct
Induction Training to the Newly
recruited teachers in their
respective districts at their
districts and per given
guidelines and Unit cost without
any deviation.
The District
Educational Officers, Srikakulam,
Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari
and Guntur Districts
are requested to
provide an opportunity
to ADEPT Organisation for
organisation of the
Induction Training
Programme at their respective
districts. The ADEPT Organisation
has to be conducted Induction
Training Programme to the
Newly recruited Teachers as per
the SCERT guidelines and Unit
cost. The ADEPT Organisation has to
be provide in the following
areas viz., class
room management, self
based learning, English
communication skills. The Resource
Persons of ADEPT organisation will
also train along with
our DRPs in the Induction Training
Programme subject to the
following conditions:
i) ADEPT organisation will
follow our time
table, topics, methodology and
all the strategies while conducting the
training programme to
the Newly recruited teachers.
i i) The Resource
Persons of the ADEPT Organisation will
also train along with our
DRPs in Induction Training Progrqmme.
i ii ) ADEPT
Resource Persons will work
with our DRPs while
conducting the Induction Training Programme to
newly recruited teachers
with few more
added topics which are opt
to the newly
recruiting teachers in their
future teaching learning
process along with out
training topics.
iv) SCERT designed
Training programme from
9.00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
with the Resource Persons and Experts will not be disturbed and followed in all the districts allotted .
v) The additional
sessions I subjects proposed by ADEPT may be held before or after the SCERT sessions.
vi) ADEPT Organisation
will be made in-charge
of organising I coordinating catering, lodging managing the
venue arrangements already
identified by the
respective DEOs, provide the listed training material,
release eligible TA & Honorarium
etc.,
vii) Overall
monitoring & supervision of
the training programme will
remain with DEOs and Course Directors
appointed by the DEOs to
ensure discipline ,
following of SCERT schedule, attendance
and handling of sessions by Resource
persons Trained by SCERT on
the Induction training
programme contents and
to ensure proper learning.
viii)The
Director, SCERT assessed unit
cost is to be
followed covering part
of the expenditure for oath
taking programme.
ix) 80% of the
unit cost may be released to ADEPT Organisation by the
DEOs for the induction Training Programme
purpose before commencement of
the training programme. Remaining budget will be released after submission of bills I
vouchers.
