All  the    District   Educational   Officers  in  the  Stole  are  informed  that  in the reference  recd  above.  wherein  the Government  hove  otter careful examination of the matter Government hereby rejected  the request ol teachers  for inter district transfer as indicated    in  the list    annexed  as  Annexure -  I   for lnter District transfers on spouse grounds and as indicated  in the list  annexed as Annexure - n for lnter District Transfers on mutual grounds  os it is not  confirmed   by the concerned  OEO's  and  non furnishing the spouse certificates   and  spouses  are no: regular Govt .  employees  (working  in contract basis I private employee I Aided Teachers  and un wllingness on other end on mutual  and some   continuing on Court orders by the CSE. AP. Hyderabad.
