ORDER: 

1. All the Project Officers of SSA in the State are informed that the Project Approval Board of SSA met on 22.04.2016 at New Delhi and approve the budget tentatively for payment of monthly honorarium to the Part Time Instructors for the year 2016-17. 
2. The Project Officers are requested to take necessary action for re-engaging of the services of Part Time Instructors in Art Education, Health 86 Physical Education and Work Education in the Upper Primary Schools/ Upper Primary Sections of High Schools for the academic year 2016-17 w.e.f 16.06.2016 duly following the guidelines appended. 
3.  Follow the "guidelines on engaging of Part Time Instructors" strictly. 
4.  Based on the performance of the Part Time Instructors during the academic year 2015-16. 
5.  The Part Time Instructors who engaged continuously without any break during the academic year 2015-16 are eligible for re-engaging.
