Read the following:-

O R D E R:

In  the   G.O. 4th   read above, deleted the   upper  age  ceiling   limit  in  direct recruitment in  respect of  Scheduled Castes  and  Scheduled Tribes duly  amending the Rule-12 of Andhra Pradesh State  and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

2. In the  G.O.5th   read above,  Orders were issued  that the  upper age concession of five  (5) years shall  be allowed, beyond  31.05.2011, up  to 31.05.2016, in favour of the  Scheduled Castes  and  Scheduled Tribes in  Direct Recruitment, over and  above, the    age    limit   prescribed  in    the    Andhra   Pradesh   State    Subordinate   Service Rules/Special  Rules  subject  to  the  condition that  the  maximum  upper age  limit in favour of  the  Scheduled Castes  and  Scheduled Tribes   shall  in  no case exceed    forty five  (45) years and the above  concession shall be in force  till the end of May, 2016.

3. After careful re-examination of  the  matter, Government  hereby  issues  the following amendment to Para  (3) of  the  G.O.Ms.No.42,  S.W (ROR1)  Dept., dated: 08-06-2011.

 AMENDMENT

The  following words  and  figures at the  end  of  the  Paragraph  (3) of  the  said G.O. shall  be deleted, namely:-

Subject to the condition  that  the  maximum  upper  age  limit in  favour of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall in no case exceed forty five (45) years
