 The attention of the District Educational Officer, Prakasam District is invited to the references read above, and the District Educational Officer, Prakasam is directed to follow the Rule 22(2)(a)(i) A to E of A.P.S.S. Rules 1996 regarding filling up the Headmasters posts with SC I ST candidates by promotion. This has the approval of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
