The under mentioned District Educational Officers are requested to depute two (2) in-service teachers of
Government / Aided to participate in workshop on “Orientation Course –
In-service Teachers” programme to be held from 17.08.2016 to 07.09.2016 under intimation to
this office. Venue of the
programme is at:

The teachers who are teaching in Govt. / Govt. Aided schools in classes VIII to
XII and subjects
like Language, History, Geography, Civics, Mathematics, Science, Economics, Commerce,
Fine Arts & Music only teachers should be below 52 years of age of at the time of Registration.
The names of the teachers who have already participated in the Orientation Course should not be recommended again. The teachers on contract basis should
not be deputed.
They are requested to depute the Teachers with instructions to report directly at 10.00
AM on 17th August, 2016.
Teachers reporting after this date will not be allowed to attend the
above workshop and no TA/DA will be paid by the Centre. List of Annexures furnished by email.
The
teachers should be
instructed
to produce
the
following certificates to
the organizers:-
1.
Relieving
certificate (on separate sheet).
2.
Basic pay
certificate from the school.
3. Tickets / Ticket Nos. (Photocopy of the onward journey performed and original of the return
journey) to & fro tickets of the entitled class and by the shortest route should be purchased for the journey.
4.
Passport size photograph.
5.
Evidence of Date of Birth
The
expenditure on Training, Boarding and
Lodging and Travelling Allowance to the
participants will be borne by CCRT, as per CCRT norms. While deputing teacher, preference should
be
given to
female teachers as well as
teachers belongs to
SC/ST/OBCs.
