The tenure of SMC s in the State is expired by 29.06.16. it was requested to keep MEO of the concern mandal as incharge chairperson of the SMC with School Headmaster and School complex head master as joint signatories  for Release of payment till the formation of SMCs.

Now SMC was elected through Elections in all the Schools. So as to operate the Bank Accounts for payments following the Sub rule(7) of Rule 19 of AP Right to Children to free and Compulsory Education rules,2010, Delegate the joint signatory powers to Chairperson and the convener of the committee to operate the bank accout of the SMC duly cancelling the earlier order issued . download the proceedings copy
