The attention of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor is invited to the reference read above and he is informed that the General Secretary, STU, A.P., Hyderabad has requested for clarification regarding seniority of teachers who are elected in DSC-2003 and joined as SAs on 25/11/2005 and teachers who got promotion on 22/10/2005 and joined on 03/03/2006 as SAs. The DEO, Chittoor is informed that a clarification in this regard was already issued in Proc.Rc.No.2/PTC/2009, Dated:29/01/2009 and the said clarification holds good.
