O R D E R:

In the reference 1st read above, the State Project Director, SSA, Vijayawada has requested to allot special grant of Rs.9407.90 lakhs for maintenance of School Toilets in Government Schools, to the Commissioner to School Education, A.P.Amaravati.

2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance (FMU- Edn) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.50,00,00,000/- (Fifty Crores only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant at appropriate time during the current financial year 2016-17 towards maintenance of School Toilets in Government Schools in the State under SSA under the head of account 2202-01-001-11-05-310-312.

3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMUEdn) Department, administrative sanction is hereby accorded to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Amaravati for an amount of Rs.50,00,00,000/- (Fifty Crores only) as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant at appropriate time during the current financial year 2016-17 towards maintenance of School Toilets in Government Schools in the State under SSA under the head of account 2202-01-001-11-05-310-312.

4. The Commissioner of School Education/State Project Director, SSA shall take necessary action by ensuring that the money reaches the schools and wages are paid without any delay.
