 ORDER :

                 The following Notification shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

          In exercise of the powers conferred by the section 78 read with section 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982(Act 1 of 1982) and under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in supersession of the special Rules for the post of Mandal Educational Officer, issued in G.O.Ms.No.505 Education (Services-I) Department Dated 16.11.1998, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following special Rules for the post of Mandal Educational Officer, Revenue Mandal (Urban).
