The attention of all the Regional Directors of School Education
and District
Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above, wherein
1200 posts have
been
upgraded
and
allotted
district-wise as per sanction accorded by the Government in the reference
1st read above, the criteria adopted for arriving of the number district-wise was also communicated
in the reference
3rd read above.
In continuation
of this office Proceedings 3rd read above, annexure showing the school-wise details of posts upgraded as School Assistant (Physical
Education) is herewith
communicated to all the District Educational Officers for taking
necessary action as per rules in the
matter.
The District Educational Officers are also requested to
ensure that the necessary entries are recorded in the school records / under
proper attestation regarding upgradation of the post with the details of the G.O. in which upgraded as per this office proceedings.
Receipt of these
proceedings should be acknowledged.
